A Creative Drama Workshop for Pre-School Children (Ages: 3-5)

Saturday mornings

May 25 - July 6 (7 sessions)

Integrating movement, storytelling, song, dance, and puppetry, this workshop will enhance young  children’s confidence, concentration and excitement for learning. In each session, children will explore and re-enact stories using simple props, instruments, costumes, and puppets to create characters with their bodies, voices and imaginations.

Tuition: $85.

MAKE A PLAY

A Creative Drama Workshop for Elementary Students (Ages: 6-10)

Saturday afternoons

May 25 - July 6 (7 sessions)

12:30PM-1:30PM

A fun, interactive class using theatre games and improvisation to explore voice, movement, and imagination. Children will develop self-esteem, problem-solving and listening skills, learn to express themselves clearly and work together as an ensemble.

Tuition: $125.

TEEN ACTING

A Theatre Skills Workshop for Middle School Students (Ages: 11-13)

Tuesday and Thursday evenings

July 9 - 30 (7 sessions)

6:00PM-7:30PM

Explore the fundamentals of acting with this introductory level class. Loosen up and build imagination and confidence with improvisation. Work as an ensemble to bring a short story to life or try your hand at a famous monologue! Students will work on character development, physical expression and vocal techniques while having fun with theatre games and acting activities.. 

Tuition: $185.

All classes and workshops are scheduled at Performance Workshop Theatre, in Baltimore at 5624 Harford Road.
